Kokoda Solidarity Treks offer opportunities for individuals, community groups, schools, business and other organisations to take on the challenge of trekking the iconic Kokoda Track with the support of the most experienced and most respected teams of guides and porters in a true spirit of solidarity.
Although we do offer open treks for individuals periodically, we specialise in organising all aspects of the Kokoda Track experience for school and community groups, in close consultation with your group leader.
We are very open to tailoring the trek to suit your preferences in a true partnership.
However we do expect that you recognise our expertise and take seriously our advice and recommendations.
Our approach is far removed from the ‘military style’ approach of other Trekking companies.
Our approach is built on the formation of a close relationship between our team of guides and porters and the group of trekkers.
For this reason our preference is for a group size of 20 people or less to enhance the relational nature of the experience – a significant point of difference from other trekking companies.
